Bosu 360

Instructor: Jared Cook

Bosu 360 is a circuit style, high intensity, dynamic moving class. Using the Bosu ball and many different pieces of equipment to target the whole body each workout. This class will be 30 - 50 Minutes long. Recommended for those who have been participating in a regular/intense exercise program.

Heal Your Body with Tai Chi

Instructor: John Hodge

Heal Your Body with Tai Chi is a pick up and practice style program for anyone in need of healing their body. Tai Chi has proven to help lower blood pressure, relieve arthritis, and even help to speed up the recovery from an accident or chronic pain. The gentle, flowing movements are soft on the joints, and invigorating with proper deep breathing.

Zumba

Instructor: Audra Mauney

Zumba is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included.

Spin

Instructor: Kim Hinton

Spin fast pace, intense class which uses spin bikes with adjustable resistance to build your muscles and endurance with little to no impact on your joints. Space is limited so reservations are encouraged. 

Circuit Training

Instructor: Kim Hinton

Circuit Training incorporates various exercises for all fitness components. This class combines exercises for sculpting, fat burning, strength and endurance.

Arthritis Aerobics

Instructor: Donna Anglin

Fitness Level: Beginner-Advanced

Arthritis Aerobics is a class developed to help both men and women who struggle with arthritis.  It is designed to increases your range of motion as well as provide some exercises to benefit your health. This instructor is certified through the Arthritis Foundation.

Aqua Fitness/Aqua Babes

Instructor: Donna Anglin and Kim Hinton

Fitness Level: Beginner-Advanced

Aqua Fitness / Aqua Babes are both classes designed to help women & men of all ages increase their strength, flexibility, and endurance by using the natural resistance of the water. These instructors are certified through the Arthritis Foundation.

Men's Aqua Class

Fitness Level: Beginner-Advanced

Men’s Aqua Class is a designed for men only who need assistance in gaining back strength, flexibility and stamina.  (Instructor: Kenneth Duderstadt)

Water Cardio

Water Cardio is an intense water exercise class designed to increase endurance, burn calories and tone and strengthen your muscles by using the natural resistance of the water. – By Request Only –

Swiss Ball

Fitness Level: Beginner - Advanced

Swiss Ball Class allows your body to respond to the instability of the ball in order to stay balanced.  This engages many more muscles, like the core/abdominal muscles and back muscles that work to keep you balanced.

Early Bird and Evening Yoga

Instructor: Kym Jeschke

Fitness Level: Beginner - Advanced

Early Bird Yoga starts the day off right and Evening Yoga closes a busy day by bringing awareness to the present body, breath and mind. Benefits include managing stress as well as improving strength, flexibility, balance and range of motion for total body wellness.

Yoga Group

Yoga Group is a group of individuals who meet to increase flexibility, movement of joints, and tone core muscles in a non aggressive way.

Boot Camp

Fitness Level: Advanced

Boot Camp is a high intense class designed to burn body fat and calories while increasing muscle tone thru cardio and weight training. 

Step Aerobics

Instructor: Kim Hinton

Fitness Level: Advanced

Step Aerobics is an aerobics performed in a choreographed routine by stepping up onto and down from a portable riser or step.

Interval Training

Instructor: Kim Hinton

Fitness Level: Advanced

Interval Training combines short, high intensity bursts of speed, with slow, recovery phases, repeated during one exercise session which allows your body to build speed and endurance while burning calories.

Cardio & Toning
