Business Office

Customer Service Clerk Full-Time. Answers phone calls and helps patients with questions. Data entry of manual charge for Hospital. Assists with patient communication and patient letters. Cross trains in all Business Office duties including claims and denials. Functions as back up for any personnel that are on leave. Assists with reports to insure efficient and correct billing. Assists with Accounts Receivable claims for hospital and all clinics. Assists Patient Accounting with credits balances, scanning, downloads. Answers directly to the Billing Manager. Typing speed of 45 wpm, operation of ten-key adding machine/calculator.  Proficient in Microsoft Office and has working knowledge of general clerical duties.

Case Management

Licensed Master Social Worker Full-Time.  Under the direction of the Case Management Coordinator, the Case Worker is responsible for providing social services and discharge planning functions for the hospital, clinics, and Special Care Clinic.  Provides resources and support for inpatients, outpatients, emergency room patients and clinic patients.  Works closely with physicians, nurses, and associated clinical professionals to help patients obtain appropriate care and follow-up.  Resolves clinical, psychosocial and financial barriers on the patient’s behalf.  Handles difficult situations in a way that promotes the best outcome for the patient while reducing the facility’s overall cost-to-care.  Plans, provides and documents patient interaction, follow-up, teaches and educates patients, family, or others to attain optimal health and continuity of care.  Assures the after hospital plan of care is carried out in a safe environment.  Must meet deadlines and target goals successfully.  Must have skills in data collection and reporting.

Emergency Department

Registered Nurse (10:30am-11:00pm shift) Full-time. Provides professional nursing care within the Emergency Department; coordinates care planning with other disciplines.  Provides direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting. Provides care that reflects initiative, flexibility and responsibility indicative of professional expectation with a minimum of supervision.  Is able to triage safely, rapidly and accurately, every patient that enters the emergency care system.  Determines priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs, as well as factors influencing patient flow through the system.  Communicates with Emergency Department physicians about changes in patient's status, symptomatology and results of diagnostic studies.  Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.

Food Services

Food Services Cook PRN. Prepares nutritional food for hospital patients, employees and visitors.  Suggests menu items and assists in the requisition of food and supplies. Operates and maintains kitchen equipment. One year of previous institutional food preparation experience preferred.  Food Services Assistant PRN. Assists with the preparation and service of food to patients, employees and visitors.  Helps maintain the cleanliness of utensils and equipment in the kitchen and service areas.

Hico Clinic

Certified Medical Assistant/ Scribe Works to facilitate patient flow and ensure an accurate and complete medical record for each patient. Provide care to assigned patients under the supervision of a licensed professional. Must have a current medical assistant certificate.

Laboratory Services

Medical Technologist Full-time. Under the supervision of the Lead Phlebotomist, assists with the obtaining of patient specimens and medical laboratory operations.  Performs routine daily clerical tasks, computer maintenance and orders supplies. 


RN ( Night Shift) Full-Time. Has principle responsibility for the total nursing care, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of each assigned patient.  Plans, provides and documents discharge planning, teaching and educates patients, family or others to attain optimal health and continuity of care.  Assures that the plan of care is carried out in a safe environment through performance and supervision of subordinate personnel.  Nurse Aide (Night Shift) Full-Time. Under the supervision of nursing staff members assists in providing nursing care, prepares records and maintains a clean environment.


Certified Pharmacy Technician FT. Under supervision of a Pharmacist, assists with monitoring drug therapy, the stocking and dispensing of pharmaceuticals and the control of narcotics and controlled substances. Graduate of High School or GED. TSBP Registration, PTCB Certification preferred. One year experience in a medical setting preferred. 

Rural Health Clinic- Hamilton

Business Office Clerk Full-Time.  Schedules, greets, registers and instructs patients for appointments, prepares patient records for appointments, collects payments/co-payments for appointments.

Special Care Clinic

Licensed Professional Counselor Both Full-Time & Intern position available. Assists the Program Director in the development and implementation of a high quality treatment program and the supervision of the Psychiatric Technician staff.  Responsible for providing high quality patient care, displaying advanced skills in treatment planning, group treatment, individual treatment, family treatment and discharge planning.  Functions as a member of the interdisciplinary team and participates in the clinic community relations program.  Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Full Time


Certified Scrub Technician Assists in nursing care activities and institutional services in the operating room according to departmental policies.  Performs “scrub” duties and specific institutional nursing services duties appropriate and authorized by the situation.  Performs duties in sterilizing equipment and instruments. Full-Time.
