Business Office

Admissions Clerk

Full-Time & PRN positions.Performs admissions duties for admission inpatients, outpatients and emergency patients to hospital services.  Processes and files admission records and acts as liaison with patient family members or responsible party.  Performs duties involved in receiving payments from patients, accounting for and depositing payments and assuring payment information is reflected on patients’ accounts.  Answers multi-line telephone using departmental procedures in routing and transferring calls.  Reports to the Admissions Supervisor.

Patient Financial Services Director

Full-time. Responsible for enhancing and maintaining a properly functioning patient financial services process through cross-departmental organizational structure. Patient financial services is defined as all administrative and clinical functions that contribute to the capture, management, and collection of patient service revenue.

Business Office Clerk

PRN. Schedules, greets, registers and instructs patients for appointments, prepares patient records for appointments; collects insurance information and verifies insurance eligibility; collects payments/co-payments for appointments. 

Patient Access Manager

Full-Time. Provides face-to-face financial counseling for patients, notably uninsured/under-insured patients.  Requires staying current in various county, state, federal, and local program regulations and requirements as well as providing explanation of these programs to patients for which they may qualify.  Must be able to work on your own, including the ability to seek out knowledge regarding assistance programs and/or financial aid, understand regulatory compliance, and insurance requirements. Determines patient responsibility amounts and communicates deposit requirements to patients seeking routine or elective services.  Performs follow-up work on uninsured/under-insured patients to resolve their financial responsibility.  Communicates with staff and/or providers as needed regarding patients’ financial status for routine or elective services ordered.  Requires documentation on patients’ accounts within hospital and/or clinic electronic systems.  Assists patients with their billing questions.  Understands and utilizes the different forms and/or letters used by the facility for hospital services provided.   Supervises and maintains work schedule for the Admissions Department.  Participates as a team member and is accountable for own work responsibilities. 


EMS

EMT-Paramedic

 PRN positions available. Answers emergency calls and makes patient transfers.  Administers first aid to patients in emergency situations providing maximum patient comfort.  Relays pertinent information to dispatcher concerning patient condition and maintains necessary patient records of ambulance service.  Maintains vehicles and equipment in optimum condition.  May be required to pull 24 hour call shifts according to departmental and staffing needs. 

EMT-Basic

Food Services

Food Services Assistant

PRN. Assists with the preparation and service of food to patients, employees and visitors.  Helps maintain the cleanliness of utensils and equipment in the kitchen and service areas. 


Materials Management

Materials Management Director

Full Time. Directs, supervises and performs the duties involved in receiving and distribution of purchased goods.  Responsible for stocking all units throughout the hospital system, filling store requisitions and receiving incoming freight.  Responsible for evaluating GPO buying contracts on a routine basis.  Maintains the purchase order log.  


Nursing

Ward Clerk

Full-Time. Performs duties of a ward clerk and maintains clerical activities for the emergency room admissions and inpatient admissions.  Enters ancillary orders into the HMS system .  Performs admission duties for emergency room patients to ER and then change to in-patient status.  Performs assigned duties under the direction and supervision of an RN.  


Pharmacy

Certified Pharmacy Technician

Full-Time. Under supervision of a Pharmacist, assists with monitoring drug therapy, the stocking and dispensing of pharmaceuticals and the control of narcotics and controlled substances. Graduate of High School or GED. TSBP Registration, PTCB Certification preferred. One year experience in a medical setting preferred.


Radiology

Radiology Technician

Full-Time.Under the supervision of Radiology Director or Medical Staff, performs diagnostic radiographic procedures on patients.  Cleans and maintains equipment and prepares necessary reports and maintains records. 


Rural Health Clinic- Hamilton

Licensed Vocational Nurse

Full-Time. Provides nursing care to assigned patients under the supervision of a licensed professional. LVN license, CPR Certification. 


Special Care Clinic

Licensed Professional Counselor

Both Full-Time & Intern position available. Assists the Program Director in the development and implementation of a high quality treatment program and the supervision of the Psychiatric Technician staff.  Responsible for providing high quality patient care, displaying advanced skills in treatment planning, group treatment, individual treatment, family treatment and discharge planning.  Functions as a member of the interdisciplinary team and participates in the clinic community relations program.

Part-Time. Has principle responsibility for the total nursing care, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of each assigned patient.  Plans, provides and documents discharge planning, teaching and educates patients, family or others to attain optimal health and continuity of care.  Assures that the plan of care is carried out in a safe environment through performance and supervision of subordinate personnel.
